    Each made to order ALTAMAR jewelry piece is hand fabricated to the client's exact specifications; therefore, our jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable Quality and craftsmanship is a constant source of pride for the ALT AMAR team, and meticulous attention is given to every piece of jewelry created by our skilled artisans. Additionally, every piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected and is subject our rigorous l O point Quality Control System.     Ring Sizing

    While working together with our clients on ring projects, we strive to get an accurate finger size. We recognize that in some cases an exact finger size is difficult to acertain, specially if the piece is a gift and a surprise In the event your ALT AMAR jewelry piece does not fit properly, rest assured we will re-size it at no cost. For re-sizing inquiries please contact us at 888.709.5577 or email us at customercare@altamarboutique.com so we may promptly assist you.

    Repairs

    We want you to enjoy wearing your jewelry and understand that accidents may happen which would require your jewelry to be repaired Should your jewelry piece need to be returned for service, please contact our customer care department at 888.709.5577 or email us at customercare@altamarboutique.com to receive instructions and additional information

    Please Note: ALTAMAR jewelry pieces carry a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects Should your jewelry need re-sizing, service and/ or repair please let us know to make arrangements. Repairs or service performed by a jeweler other than ALTAMAR will void the warranty.

    Return Instructions & Additional Information

    Once a decision has been made to return an item, contact us by phone at 888.709.5577 or email us at customercare@altamarboutique.com. One of our experienced staff members can answer any questions or concerns and review the return process. All email and voice messages will be answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday. To return your order for evaluation, please note the following.

    1. Request a Return Authorization Code (RAC): Contact us at 888.709.5577 or email us at customercare@altamarboutique.com to obtain your RAC. When you contact us, please note the nature of the service needed. Within one business day of yo ur notification we w ill email you a PDF form that includes your unique RAC and other pertinent shipping instructions. Please print and include this form in your return shipment for identification purposes.

    2. Package Your Return: Please include all original ALTA MAR packaging and materials. To ensure the security of your merchandise when packaging return items, please use nondescript language and avoid using words such as "diamonds" "gold" "jewelry".

    3. Shipping & Insuring Your Package: For all returns and services we recommend you ship your merchandise using UPS, FedEx or U S Mail. If by U.S. Mail, please insure your package for the full retail price and enclose your RAC PDF form. ALTAMAR is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments via U S Mail. If the item value exceeds $500.00 USD, we recommend you take advantage of our UPS or FedEx Insured Label Service Please contact us for additional information.     4. Evaluating Your Return: Upon receipt of your returned item, our staff w ill promptly inspect the item and verify the RAC. Prior to any repairs being performed , we w ill communicate our findings with you and agree on a favorable resolution. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for repairs.

    To ensure the security of your merchandise , we ask that you please follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so could result in the loss of the package, additional charges incurred and/ or a delay in processing. We welcome any questions you might have regarding your return.
