    Returns & Exchanges

    We are confident that you w ill love your LAKE GRACE jewelry; however, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days for an exchange or full refund All items must be returned in their original condition, new-unworn with all original documentation and packaging included . All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    Specialty items that are personalized in nature are nonreturnable or refundable, these items include custom made, modified, engraved or re-sized pieces.

    To process a return, please contact our Customer Care Department at customercare@lakegrace.com or call us at 888.709.5577 to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC). A return cannot be processed without the RAC. All email and voice messages w ill be answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

    Ring Sizing

    We recognize that in some cases a ring may not fit properly or the size might have been misjudged If that is the case, you can rest assured that we w ill re-size the ring at a minimal cost. For re-sizing inquiries, please contact us at 888.709 .5577 or email us at customercare@lakegrace com so we may promptly assist you.


    We want you to enjoy wearing your jewelry and understand that accidents may happen which would require your jewelry to be repaired Should your jewelry piece need to be returned for service, please contact our customer care department at 888.709.5577 or email us at customercare@lakegrace.com to receive instructions and additional information

    Please Note: LAKE GRACE jewelry pieces carry a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Should your jewelry need re-sizing, service and/ or repair please let us know to make arrangements. Repairs or service performed by a jeweler other than LAKE GRACE or ALTAMAR will void the warranty.

    Return Instructions & Additional Information

    Once a decision has been made to return an item, contact us by phone at 888.709.5577 or email us at customercare@lakegrace.com. One of our experienced staff members can answer any questions or concerns and review the return process. All email and voice messages will be answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday. To return your order for evaluation, please note the following.

    1. Request a Return Authorization Code (RAC): Contact us at 888.709.5577 or email us at customercare@lakegrace.com to obtain your RAC. When you contact us, please note the nature of the service needed. Within one business day of your notification we w ill email you a PDF form that includes your unique RAC and other pertinent shipping instructions. Please print and include this form in your return shipment for identification purposes.

    2. Package Your Return: Please include all original ALTA MAR packaging and materials. To ensure the security of your merchandise when packaging return items, please use nondescript language and avoid using words such as "diamonds" "gold" "jewelry".

    3. Shipping & Insuring Your Package: For all returns and services we recommend you ship your merchandise using UPS, FedEx or U S Mail. If by U.S. Mail, please insure your package for the full retail price and enclose your RAC PDF form. ALTAMAR is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments via U S Mail. If the item value exceeds $500.00 USD, we recommend you take advantage of our UPS or FedEx Insured Label Service Please contact us for additional information.     4. Evaluating Your Return: Upon receipt of your returned item, our staff w ill promptly inspect the item and verify the RAC. Prior to any repairs being performed , we w ill communicate our findings with you and agree on a favorable resolution. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for repairs.

    To ensure the security of your merchandise , we ask that you please follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so could result in the loss of the package, additional charges incurred and/ or a delay in processing. We welcome any questions you might have regarding your return.
